For more than two decades I have led technology across platforms, products, infrastructure, security, and business-critical transformation. My role has never been limited to building software alone. It has been about setting direction, making sound decisions early, aligning technology with business goals, and ensuring execution holds up when the stakes are real.
The common thread through all of it is leadership. I work at the point where business ambition, operational discipline, engineering judgment, AI adoption, and cyber security need to come together in one coherent technology agenda. That is the work of a CTO: not simply delivering systems, but creating the conditions for a business to scale with confidence.
